Do you cater for dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances?

Unfortunately, I am unable to cater for allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements, as all cakes are prepared in a kitchen were common allergens are present.

Where are you located?

Bakes By Tyla is a home-based cake business located in Corlette. Please note, your collection address will be emailed the day before your scheduled pickup.

Do you offer delivery?

No, I currently do not offer delivery. All orders are collection only from Corlette, at your selected pickup time.

How can I order a custom cake?

If you're after a custom cake design, simply complete the Custom Cake Enquiry Form on my website. Responses to custom cake enquires may take 48-72 hours. If you haven't heard from us please ensure to check junk/spam mail.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your collection date. Unfortunately, payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the collection date.

How long will my cake last?

For the best taste and freshness, cakes are best enjoyed 2-4 days of collection. Store your cake in refrigerator and bring to room temperature 1-2 hours before serving.

How should I store my cake?

Keep your cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature before serving for the best tase and texture.

What if I want to change my order?

Changes to your order may be possible depending on the notice given and my availability. Send us an email with your order number to bakesbytyla@gmail.com with your changes. Noting we cannot make changes to your order within 72 hours.

How should I transport my cake?

Keep your cake flat on the floor of your vehicle with air conditioning on. Avoid placing it on seats, laps, or in direct sunlight.
