Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Design & Custom Orders

We will do our best to match inspiration photos; however, all cakes are handcrafted and exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Colours, decorations, toppers, florals, and other design elements may vary slightly.

Collection

Customers must collect their order at the selected collection time. Collection details and any additional pickup instructions will be provided in the order confirmation email. Please ensure cakes are transported carefully and kept level during transit.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. While every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not available. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further information.

Liability

Once an order has been collected, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer. We are not liable for damage caused during transportation, handling, storage, or consumption after collection.
