Refund policy

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been collected.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection and provide photographs where applicable. We will assess each situation individually and work with you to find a reasonable solution if the issue is determined to be our responsibility.

Please note:

  • Full payment and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the collection date are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs after collection, including damage caused during transportation, handling, or storage.
  • Colour shades, decorations, florals, toppers, and other handcrafted elements may vary slightly from reference images.
  • We do not provide refunds based on personal taste preferences.
